Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, along with instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Please note that if you reside in a country other than Canada, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized products (special orders or customized items), as well as personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Computer hardware items (such as computers, components, peripherals) must be returned in the same condition, without being altered, with all their accessories, documentation, and the original packaging intact. Products returned with signs of wear, damage, or without the aforementioned items may be refused or subject to a partial refund..
Regarding services (such as troubleshooting, installation, or configuration), once the service has been rendered or initiated, no refunds can be issued, except in the case of a major service defect. If you encounter a problem with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you already have. Once your return is accepted, proceed with a new purchase to obtain the desired product.
3-day withdrawal period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without having to justify it. As previously stated, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there may be an additional delay before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
